Relief Manager - Part Time

The Deputy Manager will assist the Shop Manager in the day to day running of our charity shops; to help build and work with a team of volunteers to support and assist in all duties. Will also act as Shop Manager in their absence.

This role will cover our shops within the South West cluster. Our shops are located in Swansea, Killay, Neath and Port Talbot. The role will be responsible for the day to day running of the shop working to maximise income for the charity. Representing the charity in the community, you will recruit, motivate, and develop volunteers to promote the work of Cancer Research Wales.

This role will cover our shops in Rhiwbina, Whitchurch and Talbot Green (and occasional cover at the Blackwood and Merthyr shops). The role will be responsible for the day to day running of the shop working to maximise income for the charity. Representing the charity in the community, you will recruit, motivate, and develop volunteers to promote the work of Cancer Research Wales.
