Delivery charges and methods in the UK

All products and goods will be delivered by standard delivery (2-3 working days). The standard delivery charge is £3.95. 

Delivery outside of the UK

We don’t currently offer deliveries outside of the UK. 

Order processing times

We are open Monday to Friday (9am-5pm) except bank holidays. All shipments are dispatched from the Cancer Research Wales head office. We will aim to dispatch your order within 3 – 4 days of reciept. Please note, we cannot be responsible for any delays to your order due to postal strikes or external influences.

Returns

Returns are not accepted. However, if there is a fault with your item, please get in touch via the below details.
