Get in touch

As Cancer Research Wales is a registered charity legacies are exempt from Inheritance Tax and may also be exempt from Capital Gains Tax. These exemptions apply to legacy gifts and estate administration. However, these exemptions can be complicated to work out and you might need specialist advice. You can also find information on the government website.
