This is an exciting opportunity to join the only charity dedicated to funding cancer research in Wales. As Head of Finance and Corporate Services, you will lead the finance, people, IT, health and safety, and governance functions of the charity to ensure we can continue to invest in innovative and impactful cancer research that will save and improve people’s lives in Wales.

The Shop Manager will be responsible for the day to day management of the store, working to maximise income for the charity. The post holder will be self-motivated, passionate about providing high standards of customer service and creative, with excellent communication skills. Representing the charity in the community, you will recruit, motivate, and develop volunteers to promote the work of Cancer Research Wales. The post holder will have a broad range of responsibilities which will require significant initiative and flexibility, ensuring they work at all times in a professional and timely manner.

This role is an exciting opportunity of becoming part of the store management team, by being involved in managing the store team in the absence of the Shop Manager / Deputy Manager. The post holder will be responsible for great customer service working with our fantastic volunteer team. As part of this role, you will become a Key Holder and will receive a full management induction program. This role may lead to further promotion within Cancer Research Wales.
