The Supporter Care and Fundraising Officer will provide high levels of stewardship to our supporters, ensuring a consistent, positive and memorable experience with Cancer Research Wales. You will be a Super-User and system admin for our CRM database and provide support with data-led decision making. You will provide admin support to all teams in the fundraising team to enable them to be efficient and effective.

As the Research Funding Manager, you will join the Research Team to ensure we can continue to invest in innovative and impactful cancer research that will save and improve people’s lives in Wales.

The Deputy Manager will assist the Shop Manager in the day to day running of our charity shops, to help build and work with a team of volunteers to support and assist in all duties. The Deputy Manager will also act as Shop Manager in their absence. The post holder will have a broad range of responsibilities which will require significant initiative and flexibility, ensuring they work at all times in a professional and timely manner.
