Dr Heather Wilkes is a practising GP and is the national lead for Rapid Diagnostic Centres in Wales. Dr Wilkes has extensive experience in delivering primary care services, having been instrumental in the setup of the Macmillan Primary Care Cancer Framework, a network of healthcare professionals supporting improvements and innovation in cancer care.
