Deputy Manager - Caerphilly

This role is an exciting opportunity of becoming part of the store management team, by being involved in managing the store team in the absence of the Shop Manager / Deputy Manager. The post holder will be responsible for great customer service working with our fantastic volunteer team. As part of this role, you will become a Key Holder and will receive a full management induction program.

This role is an exciting opportunity of becoming part of the store management team, by being involved in managing the store team in the absence of the Shop Manager / Deputy Manager. The post holder will be responsible for great customer service working with our fantastic volunteer team. The Shop Manager will be responsible for the day to day management of the store, working to maximise income for the charity. The post holder will be self-motivated, passionate about providing high standards of customer service and creative, with excellent communication skills. Representing the charity in the community, you will recruit, motivate, and develop volunteers to promote the work of Cancer Research Wales.

Bydd deiliad y swydd yn llawn hunangymhelliant, bydd yn angerddol am ddarparu safonau uchel o wasanaeth i gwsmeriaid a bydd yn greadigol, gyda sgiliau cyfathrebu rhagorol. A chithau’n cynrychioli’r elusen yn y gymuned, byddwch yn recriwtio, yn symbylu ac yn datblygu gwirfoddolwyr i hyrwyddo gwaith Ymchwil Canser Cymru.
