Join Cymru United and support Cancer Research Wales by taking part in the exciting METRIX Fitness event, a high energy fitness challenge

METRIX is a fast-paced, immersive fitness event where participants compete in pairs across a series of functional workout stations, combining strength, endurance, and teamwork in a vibrant, music-driven atmosphere.

Expect short, intense workout intervals featuring exercises such as Ski Erg, rowing, sled work and burpees, all designed to test your overall fitness while keeping the experience fun and accessible for all levels.

METRIX, blends running with functional fitness in a structured race format, METRIX challenges participants to push their limits in a competitive but supportive environment.

More than just a race, METRIX is an all-day experience, combining competition, live DJ energy, and a strong sense of community. You’ll compete side-by-side with your partner, sharing the workload and supporting each other every step of the way, before enjoying a post-event social and recovery experience.

By signing up through Cancer Research Wales, you’ll not only take on this unique fitness challenge, but also help fund vital cancer research, making every rep and every step count.

  • Important to know: You can only sign up as a pair, these can be a male, female or mixed pair.
