Dr James Powell is a Consultant Clinical Oncologist, specialising in brain tumours, at Velindre Cancer Centre in Cardiff.
Dr Powell is the clinical and research lead for Neuro-oncology at Velindre and leads the Brain Multi-disciplinary Research Group. His research interests include investigating novel imaging methods for adults with brain tumours and developing clinical trials to ensure patients can access cutting edge treatments, such as proton beam radiotherapy.
