Jessica is a chartered accountant who believes that great financial leadership is all about collaboration, people, and purpose. With a practical, solutions-focused mindset, she joins our Senior Leadership Team to help guide our financial strategy and long-term sustainability. Over her career, she has led financial planning, business transformation, and resource strategies across major public sector organisations and within the charity sector.

Jessica loves working closely with people and is known for her positive, collaborative leadership style, always focusing on empowering her teams to succeed.

Having previously looked after financial operations and investment portfolios for prominent cancer charities, Jessica is thrilled to bring her skills and expertise to this vital sector once again. She is proud to use her financial experience to support our mission, ensuring Cancer Research Wales can continue making a real difference for patients and families across Wales.
