Rob Lloyd

Llandudno-based Rob Lloyd is an entrepreneur and CEO of the Bearmont Group. With a long career in property development and management, Rob is a respected property trader and investor. He worked for Wilsons Commercial, GVA Grimley, National Car Parks and the David McLean Group before founding Eatonfield Holdings in 1997 and successfully floating the Eatonfield Group on the London Stock Exchange in 2006. 

In 2017 he founded Bearmont and since then the group has expanded rapidly and now has business interests in retail, commercial, offices, care housing, strategic land and industrial properties. In 2022, Rob was a winner of the Points of Light award from Prime Minister Boris Johnson for his services to fundraising. 

Rob was also appointed an ambassador for Wales for two years to create a better economic future for North Wales through the Welsh Government’s Shaping the Future initiative.
