We are looking for a Head of Income Generation to join our team, collaborate closely with the Chief Executive and the senior leadership team to deliver our fundraising and relationship building strategy that helps us invest in exciting and innovative cancer research. As an Events Manager specialising in charity events, you will be responsible for planning, organising, and executing various fundraising events to support our charity’s mission and goals. The Shop Manager will be responsible for the day to day management of the store, working to maximise income for the charity. The post holder will be self-motivated, passionate about providing high standards of customer service and creative, with excellent communication skills. Representing the charity in the community, you will recruit, motivate, and develop volunteers to promote the work of Cancer Research Wales. The post holder will have a broad range of responsibilities which will require significant initiative and flexibility, ensuring they work at all times in a professional and timely manner.

The Deputy Manager will assist the Shop Manager in the day to day running of our charity shops, to help build and work with a team of volunteers to support and assist in all duties. The Deputy Manager will also act as Shop Manager in their absence. The post holder will have a broad range of responsibilities which will require significant initiative and flexibility, ensuring they work at all times in a professional and timely manner.
