Dr Steve Man

Dr Steve Man is an expert in human immunology and the role of T cells in cancer, based in the Division of Cancer and Genetics at Cardiff University. Having joined Cardiff University in 2002, Dr Man has focused his research on understanding the role of the immune system in several cancers, chiefly leukaemia and prostate cancer, with the aim of identifying patients with more aggressive disease and finding new therapeutic targets. Dr Man also has extensive teaching and public engagement experience, helping to inspire the next generation of researchers.
